Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log a bloodwork entry?
Tap the Bloodwork tab, then tap the + button in the top right. Enter your biomarker values and — importantly — the number of hours since your last injection. This timing context is what makes your results comparable across draws.
Why does Arcline ask for hours since injection?
Testosterone levels vary significantly depending on when in your injection cycle you get your blood drawn. Getting labs at trough (just before your next injection) vs. at peak (24–48 hours after injection) can show a difference of hundreds of ng/dL. Arcline captures this so you can compare apples to apples across blood draws.
What is the difference between sensitive and standard estradiol assays?
Standard estradiol assays are designed for women with high estrogen levels and can give inaccurate readings at the lower levels typical in men on TRT. The sensitive (LC/MS) assay is more accurate at low concentrations. Arcline lets you tag which assay was used so your E2 trends are meaningful. Ask your doctor or lab which assay they use.
How do I generate a PDF for my doctor?
Tap the Bloodwork tab, then tap Export PDF (or the share icon). Arcline generates a one-page landscape report with your last 3–4 panels side-by-side, timing context for each draw, and your current protocol summary.
Can I use Arcline without a subscription?
Yes. Core features — dose logging and bloodwork entry — are available on the free tier. Premium features (PDF export, advanced trend charts, symptom analysis) require a subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone’s Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Arcline → Cancel Subscription. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data backed up?
All data is stored on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your Arcline data is included in your iPhone backup. Arcline does not have its own cloud backup — if you delete the app without a backup, your data cannot be recovered.
Does Arcline work on iPad?
Arcline is designed for iPhone. It runs on iPad in compatibility mode but is not optimized for the larger screen. iPad-native layout is planned for a future release.
