Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Arcline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not Medical Advice

Arcline is a personal health tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Nothing in Arcline — including data visualizations, trend analyses, safety alerts, or any content generated by the app — constitutes medical advice. All information is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your TRT protocol, medication doses, or health decisions. Do not rely on Arcline to make medical decisions.

Intended Use

Arcline is intended for adult men (18+) who are under the care of a licensed healthcare provider and have been prescribed testosterone replacement therapy. It is not intended for:

Self-prescribing or unsupervised hormone use
Performance-enhancing or bodybuilding purposes
Use by individuals under 18

Subscription and Billing

Arcline offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Subscription charges appear on your Apple ID account. You may cancel at any time through your iPhone’s subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Your Data

You own your health data. Arcline stores all health data locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcline and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information within it.

Your use of Arcline is at your own risk. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
